The Dangers of Trees Growing Near Utility Lines
When planting trees, homeowners may not expect them to encroach into other spaces; yet, this often happens. For instance, the trunk of this Mapleton homeowner’s white oak tree didn’t grow directly next to a utility pole, but its branches were dangerously close to the live power lines. If the branches touched the wires, it could electrify the tree, start a fire, trigger a power outage, or cause significant injuries.
Hazardous Tree Removal Addresses This Mapleton Client’s Safety Concerns
To eliminate all risks, the homeowner contacted Desert Willow Tree Care for tree removal services. The team immediately assessed the situation during the appointment.
After creating a plan of action, they got to work by rigging the tree and cutting it down into sections. By taking this approach, the crew was able to maintain safety while working, protect the integrity of the power lines, and safeguard the client’s property from preventable damage.
The team cleaned up all the debris after removing the tree. Stump grinding was an option, but the client chose to cut the tree down to the stump.
